Designed in 1952 by Hans J. Wegner for Carl Hansen & Søn, the CH29 “Sawbuck” Chair is a perfect example of Wegner’s ability to blend simplicity, comfort, and masterful craftsmanship. The chair takes its name from the A-frame legs, which resemble the wooden supports used by carpenters to saw timber.

The sculpted backrest and generously curved seat provide excellent comfort, while the clean lines and balanced proportions make the chair a timeless addition to dining rooms, workspaces, or reading corners.
