Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen (14) days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, has taken possession of the goods. 

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (studio Westend, Gollierstraße 78, 80339 Munich, Germany, Email: [info@studio-westend.com] by means of a clear statement (e.g. an email or a letter sent by post) about your decision to withdraw from this contract. You may use the model withdrawal form below, but it is not mandatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient that you send the notification concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

 

Consequences of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund all payments we have received from you, excluding delivery costs, without undue delay and at the latest within fourteen (14) days from the day on which we receive the returned goods. For this refund, we will use the same payment method that you used for the original transaction unless explicitly agreed otherwise; in no case will you be charged fees for this refund.

We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back.

You must send back or hand over the goods without undue delay and in any event no later than fourteen (14) days from the day on which you notify us of your withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the fourteen-day period has expired. You bear the direct cost of returning the goods.

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling that was not necessary for checking the condition, properties, and functionality of the goods.

 

Exclusion or Early Expiry of the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the supply of goods that are made to the consumer’s specifications or are clearly personalized.
